What to Expect

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full-cycle business development, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through various outreach methods
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for direct hire professional positions, including applicant screening and offer negotiations
  • Develop and execute candidate generation strategies to build a pipeline of talent for external hiring
  • Implement sales plans and strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand current client relationships
Qualifications
  • Sales experience, preferably in staffing, including new account generation
  • Full-desk, direct hire recruiting experience, ideally with an executive search agency
  • Proven ability to source and build a talent pipeline using various tools and resources
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with recruiting tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Bullhorn is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for technicians and maintenance engineer positions
  • Proven ability to sell, overcome objections, and negotiate placement fees
  • Experience in managing professional relationships at all organizational levels
