gpac is representing an established Architecture and Design Firm seeking a Project Manager to lead high-profile architectural projects from start to finish in Delaware. The candidate will oversee project delivery, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and work directly with clients. A 7–12 year track record, architecture degree, and CAD/BIM proficiency are required; licensure is preferred. Competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from inception through completion and closeout.
  • Effectively manage a project team and coordinate with disciplines.
  • Consult with clients on plans, contracts, proposals and budgets.
  • Prepare schedules, estimates, and plans to deliver drawings, models, and images.
  • Develop client relationships and new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate leadership and collaboration across teams.

Project Manager Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required
  • 7-12 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects
  • Architectural license preferred
Project Manager Requirements
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required.
  • Experience in work place, office space, office interiors, hospitality, healthcare preferred
  • Sufficient experience in proposals, contracts, project plans
  • Strong technical, code and detailing skills for quality documentation
  • Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment
  • Proactive written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage client relationships
Project Manager Responsibilities
  • The Project Manager will be responsible for start to finish project management
  • The ability to effectively manage a team
  • Consult with clients on project plans, contracts, proposals
  • Scheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects- drawings, models, images, material etc.
  • Professional client development skills

Project Manager Compensation
  • $80,000- $125,000 (negotiable depending upon experience, business development capabilities and technical skill-set)
