Qualifications

• Proficiency in computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Successfully complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification program.
• Responsible for the pet parent experience and outcomes.
• Independently perform bath and brush services.
• Ensure a safe environment for associates, pets, and pet parents.
• Participate in the culture of Belonging and Recognition.
