Qualifications

• Minimum journeyman-level painting knowledge and experience.
• Knowledge of professional painting techniques, surface preparation, coatings and finishing materials.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and work at elevated heights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and apply coatings to new and existing structures to protect surfaces and maintain appearance.
• Perform drywall finishing, glazing, caulking, and repair work as needed.
• Complete trim, edging and surface detailing with clean lines for a professional finish.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
