Job summary

Conser Group in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Mover/Packer to join our field team. You will assist with packing, loading, transportation, and unloading of household goods and commercial equipment, following our standards and safety rules.

The role requires teamwork, initiative, and a professional appearance. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and 100 pounds with assistance, and pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted and 100 pounds assisted.

Responsibilities

• Follows crew leader instructions and company policies and safety rules.
• Maintains professional conduct and appearance while representing the company.
• Works within the estimated man hours and safety guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assists/helps with the packing, pick-up (loading), transportation, and delivery (unloading and placement) of household goods and commercial equipment in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Follows instruction from crew leader and adheres to all company policies and safety rules.
• Behaves in a professional manner.
• Performs all duties in adherence with company safety standards.
• Performs work within the specifications of the estimate of man hours.
• Must wear company-approved uniform and maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company and providing service to customers.
• Display professional conduct, courtesy, and manners when entering and performing work in the customer's home or office.
• Respectful of customer's property and personal space.
• Other duties as assigned.
