You will work on sophisticated professional liability matters, including legal malpractice and related disputes, with strong mentorship and early responsibility, exposure to court, and client interaction, and a path to develop specialization in professional liability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience required.
• Experience in professional liability, insurance defense, or commercial litigation preferred.
• Admission to practice in New York and/or New Jersey (NY/NJ bar).
• NJ candidates may receive training for transition into liability.

Responsibilities

• Handle pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and depositions.
• Assist in defense of professional liability claims and related disputes.
• Draft and argue motions, develop case strategy, and support trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and client updates.
• Collaborate with partners and clients on case development and risk assessment.
