- Minimum 3 years of experience in third‑party insurance coverage and bad faith.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar of Florida.
Responsibilities
- Conduct analytical writing and analysis for trial advocacy.
- Engage in research, writing, litigation, and client interaction.
- Draft coverage opinions on third‑party liability claims.
- Litigate declaratory judgment actions and advise on extra‑contractual exposure.
- Respond to tender demands and conduct examinations under oath.
- Defend coverage and bad faith suits across all insurance lines.
