IXL Learning is seeking a Professional Learning Manager, PD Design and Onboarding to lead the Professional Learning Design team and oversee development of customer-facing PD and internal onboarding for the Professional Learning Group. This is a full-time remote position for candidates in the United States.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years delivering PD to K-12 educators, 2+ years managing high-performing teams, and exceptional writing/editing skills.

You will also oversee the onboarding and ongoing training of the Professional Learning Group, ensuring the team has the training, resources, and support needed to succeed.We are looking for an experienced manager who is an exceptional writer and editor with a passion for creating clear, engaging trainings.
