Qualifications

• Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Indiana (required).
• Ohio and/or Kentucky licensure (or ability to obtain) is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ALTA/NSPS, boundary, topographic, and construction surveying.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Forefront Surveying + Engineering is seeking a licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who brings strong technical expertise and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work while collaborating with a dedicated survey team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in conventional surveying, digital terrain modeling, reality modeling, GPS processing, 3D data collection and processing, ALTA/NSPS surveys, topographic surveys, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and manage land surveying tasks for civil development and construction projects
