Job summary

gpac is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to lead survey crews, manage projects, and maintain strong client relationships. The role emphasizes accuracy, CAD proficiency, and delivering high-quality work within a team-focused, growth-oriented environment.

You will prepare documentation, conduct fieldwork, and collaborate with engineers to drive successful outcomes across residential and commercial projects. A PLS license or fast licensure is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of land surveying experience, residential and commercial projects preferred.
  • Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or ability to obtain licensure quickly.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and field instrumentation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review survey documents, including boundary surveys, legal descriptions, and construction calculations.
  • Research and produce sealed survey documents such as Right-of-Way maps, easements, and other critical materials.
  • Enter, compute, and verify field data using CAD software to ensure accuracy.
  • Lead and motivate survey crews, drafting technicians, and project teams.
  • Oversee field survey work, including property line establishment, construction staking, and topographic surveys.
  • Interact with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project success from start to finish.
  • Solve complex surveying challenges and contribute to unique, high-profile projects.
  • Represent the firm positively, upholding our commitment to quality and excellence.

What You Bring
