Job summary

gpac LLC. via a partnering consulting firm is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to join the team in Salt Lake City.

This is a 100% in-office role with responsibilities to oversee boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS work, and plats while mentoring staff and ensuring deliverable accuracy. Responsibilities include supervising survey crews, coordinating field and office activities, and signing/sealing survey documents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of surveying experience
• PLS certification required
• Strong knowledge of state surveying laws and standards
• Experience with boundary analysis and legal descriptions
• Excellent communication skills
• Project management and leadership experience preferred

I am partnered with a consulting firm that is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to join their team. This role includes managing survey projects, supervising field and office staff, ensuring accuracy of deliverables, and signing/sealing survey documents. This will be a 100% in-office role.

  What You Will Need

  • 5+ years of experience
  • PLS required
  • AutoCAD, Civil3D
  • Strong knowledge of State surveying laws and standards
  • Experience with boundary analysis and legal descriptions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Project management and leadership experience preferred
  • Experience with UAV, LiDAR, or photogrammetry a plus
  • Well-developed understanding of surveying process, start to finish
