Jobot is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to join our Wilmington, NC team. The ideal candidate will be a licensed PLS in NC or eligible for reciprocity, with 8–10+ years of surveying experience on commercial and residential projects, and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; Carlson Software is preferred. The role includes leading field crews, developing surveying plans, and ensuring adherence to schedules and regulations.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, plan, manage and execute tasks for multiple survey projects.
• Coordinate survey tasks with project managers.
• Prepare, review, and modify boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, land subdivisions, and legal descriptions.
• Work in the field as needed, either individually or as part of a crew.
• Supervise multiple field crews, teaching and overseeing standards of practice.
