Job summary

Woith Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to join our Montana offices in Kalispell, Great Falls or Missoula on a full-time basis.

You will conduct land surveys, prepare maps, and collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to ensure accurate project execution. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience, a bachelor's or associate degree, and may hold Professional Land Surveyor certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in land surveying or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience; PLS preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform Topographic Surveys to inform design decisions.
• Conduct Boundary Surveys to establish property lines.
• Provide Construction Staking to guide construction against design specs.
• Analyze data and prepare reports for project planning and design.

Job Description

Woith Engineering, Inc., is currently accepting resumes for Professional Land Surveyors to work in our Great Falls, Helena, and Kalispell, Montana offices. Duties include, but not limited to, the following:

• Conduct land surveys for various projects, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments.
• Utilize advanced surveying equipment and software to collect and analyze data.
• Prepare detailed reports and maps for project planning and design.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to ensure accurate project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Topographic Surveys: Deliver accurate site data to inform design decisions, enhancing project efficiency.
• Boundary Surveys: Establish property lines to prevent legal disputes and ensure project compliance.
• Construction Staking: Provide precise location markers to guide construction, ensuring adherence to design specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associates degree, 2-5 years of experience and Professional Land Surveyor Certification preferred.
