Job summary

Harvard Maintenance is seeking a Cleaner to join our teams in Wayne, PA. The role covers basic cleaning of all common areas, restrooms, entrances, and offices, with responsibilities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and operating cleaning equipment.

Multiple shifts, with full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities available. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of cleaning experience, strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to meet physical demands

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all basic cleaning.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly.
• Cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in all areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Perform additional duties as required (flooded areas, spills, etc.).
