Job summary

Titan Factory Direct is seeking motivated, bilingual sales professionals to build a successful career in the growing housing industry as a Professional Housing Consultant.

You'll guide families through the home-buying process, sell manufactured, modular, and tiny homes with financing options, and earn uncapped commissions with six-figure income potential. No real estate license is required and training is provided; San Antonio, TX.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
• Competitive and motivated by performance-based income.
• Comfortable building relationships and closing sales.
• Professional with strong communication skills.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using social media for business development.
• Organized with strong follow-up skills.
• Available to work Saturdays (closed Sundays).

Responsibilities
