Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• One year of housekeeping experience in a business facility setting preferred.
• Knowledge of general housekeeping procedures and ability to operate cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and services designated areas within the facility.
• Maintains resident apartments, bathrooms, meeting rooms, lounges, halls, offices and common areas.
• Cleans, mops and vacuums floors.
• Dusts furniture and equipment; performs high and low dusting.
• Cleans windows and sills; empties trash; arranges furniture.
• Scours and polishes bathtubs, sinks, mirrors and similar equipment.
• Replenishes and maintains supplies of soap, paper towels and bath tissue.
• Polishes brass; cleans and polishes glass panels in doors and partitions.
• Maintains utility storage areas; ensures cleaning cart supplies are replenished.
• Other tasks as requested or assigned.
