Job summary

Two Maids - Centennial is hiring Professional House Cleaners in Colorado. You’ll work in teams of two, learn a proven cleaning process, and train in 5 paid days. The role emphasizes reliability, good attitude, and attention to detail. Wholesome client service and teamwork are key.

Pay is $100–$200 per day plus tips. Weekdays only, full-time, no nights, weekends, or holidays. We provide equipment, training, and growth opportunities at the Centennial/Aurora office.

Qualifications

• Reliable, well-maintained vehicle and valid Colorado driver's license.
• 18 years or older, able to pass a background check.
• On your feet all day — bending, lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Available Monday–Friday, full-time.
• Strong communicator who's comfortable working independently and with a partner.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and good at managing your time.
• Someone who genuinely cares about doing quality work and treating clients' homes with respect.
• High school diploma or equivalent (nice-to-have).
• Prior cleaning, housekeeping, or customer service experience (nice-to-have).
• Interest in growing into a trainer or leadership role (nice-to-have).

Responsibilities

• Join our team as a Professional House Cleaner, working in teams of two — a partner has your back from day one
• Follow our proven cleaning process — we'll teach you everything during 5 days of paid training
• Communicate clearly with your partner, your clients, and your managers — you'll spend most of your day out in the field, so being a strong communicator matters
• Check in with management when needed, flag concerns early, and handle any client issues professionally (or bring them to us)
