Job summary

Two Maids of Greater Austin - Round Rock Territory – is seeking experienced cleaning professionals to deliver high-quality residential and light commercial cleaning services across the Greater Austin area. This is a W2 position paid on a commission structure within the Round Rock territory.

Applicants should have a background as a professional cleaner, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• You are an experienced, professional home and/or commercial cleaner, or a strong willingness to learn the craft.
• You will operate as a W2 employee, paid on a commission structure.
• You have your own reliable transportation.
• You are detail-oriented, polite, and present professionally.
• You communicate clearly, both internally and with clients.
• You are fully authorized to work in the US, and speak English at a level comfortable communicating/understanding client needs.
• If English is your second language, we can accommodate reasonable requests for communication with/to clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or light commercial cleanings for valued clients.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality results aligned with client expectations and quality guidelines.

We are currently seeking experienced, reliable, full-time cleaning professionals to deliver high-quality residential and light commercial cleaning services across the Greater Austin area.

This is a W2 opportunity, paid on a commission structure, in the Round Rock territory, ideal for individuals who reside within the territory. This position is seeking ONLY experienced professionals with a background as a professional house cleaner, commercial cleaner, janitor, or custodian.

Compensation

• Commissioned rate per job; rates vary based on home size and service type

• You will start on a Team of 2 and are provided with developmental pathways to become a solo cleaner, doubling your compensation rates per clean
