The Cleaning Authority is hiring professional Housecleaners for full-time positions, offering Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm with no weekends. Training is provided, and a fast-paced environment with 30-40 hours per week is guaranteed. Starting pay is $16 per hour, with tips kept by the team.

Benefits include paid holidays and vacation, plus opportunity to work with a partner across different homes every day. Experience is not required, and background checks are completed as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Be able to pass a background check.
• Be a team player with a great attitude and take pride in your work.
• Willingness to learn. Everybody can clean, but not everyone cleans like we do.
• Be able to stand all day with light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Clean in different homes daily, partnering with a teammate to complete tasks.
• Train on our Detail-Clean Rotation System.
• Provide quality cleanings at affordable prices and ensure customer satisfaction.
