Job summary

Molly Maid of Northwest Dallas County is hiring for a full-time house cleaner in Dallas, TX. Work is performed on-site with a schedule that avoids nights, weekends, and holidays, while offering a compensation plan that lets you influence weekly pay based on performance.

You will receive comprehensive training and supplies, and benefits such as Direct Deposit, paid holidays after 90 days, and paid time off after one year. A company car is provided to support travel between client homes.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks
• Be available to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Have a valid US driver's license
• Must be able to communicate with clients (bilingual English/Spanish preferred)

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards – Follow our process and you’ll delight every customer. Did we mention that you can earn tips too?!
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – Our team members love our customers, and you will too.
• Maintain equipment – Take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
• Teamwork & Great Attitude – Have a customer service focus, good work ethic and be a great team member
