Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses (product knowledge).
• Ability to read cleaning instructions and follow procedures.
• Physical stamina to lift and carry up to 20 lbs and perform in-home cleaning.
• Ability to drive to multiple job sites and manage time.
• Tolerance to exposure to dust, hair, mold and cleaning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Clean customer homes using Merry Maids procedures and products.
• Use provided equipment (vacuums, microfiber cloths).
• Clean all surfaces including fans, blinds, fixtures, baseboards, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets and floors.
• Move furniture as needed to access areas.
• Transport cleaning products and equipment to and from offices and homes.
• Assist in stocking supplies and maintain equipment.
• Contribute to a positive team climate and stay in uniform, dependable and on time.
