Molly Maid in Santee, California is looking for house cleaners to join their team! This full-time position offers flexibility and no nights, weekends, or holidays. You will receive training to provide excellent cleaning service and can earn between $16.00 to $22.00 an hour based on your experience. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S., have the physical ability for cleaning tasks, and availability during weekdays.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7 am to 4 pm.
• Bilingual preferred, must communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive manner.
• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely if a team lead.
• Maintain equipment and ensure supplies are ready.
