Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards and maintain high quality.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage schedules and drive duties if in team lead role, maintaining equipment and car readiness.
• Provide cleaning supplies and follow the proven cleaning process to ensure consistency.
