Job summary

Two Maids & A Mop is seeking Professional House Cleaners in Spring, TX to join a two-person cleaning team and service customers' homes using our proven systems and equipment.

Position features a no-nights, no-weekends, no-holidays schedule with flexible hours. Earn $400–$600 per week plus tips, with mileage reimbursement and optional health benefits; paid time off after one year and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday 7:45 am – 5:00 pm
• Must have own reliable transportation, car insurance and a valid driver's license
• Must be willing to undergo a background check

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' homes as part of a team to perform routine and specific tasks.
• Provide top quality work and customer service to customers through various tasks and communications
• Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks at the assigned property
• Use Two Maids & A Mop cleaning procedures and best practices
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, bedrooms, and floors
• Transport cleaning products to and from job sites
• Provide great customer service to clients
• Attend and participate in team meetings

As a Professional House Cleaner, you will be traveling to our customer's homes as part of a team to perform routine and specific tasks as assigned. This is a team environment where we work in 2 person crews using our proven Two Maids & A Mop systems, products, and equipment.

Professional House Cleaner Responsibilities:

• Travel to our customer's homes as part of a team to perform routine and specific tasks as assigned.


• Provide top quality work and customer service to our customers through various tasks and communications


• Perform general cleaning and sanitizing task through the assigned property


• Use Two Maids & A Mop cleaning procedures and best practices


• Clean & disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, bedrooms, and floor


• Transport cleaning products to and from job sites


• Provide great customer service to clients


• Attend and participate in any team meetings
