What You'll Do

As a professional house cleaner, you’ll work in teams of two, following our proven Two Maids Cleaning System to deliver a spotless, welcoming environment in clients’ homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing thorough cleaning of homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, etc.
• Using our provided cleaning products and tools to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Following our training program and cleaning system with consistency and excellence.
• Checking and double-checking work — including your teammate’s — before leaving the site.
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly, introducing yourself, and letting them know when you arrive and depart.
• Practicing proactive, professional communication with both clients and teammates.
• Maintaining proper uniform and presentation while on the job.
• Adhering to safety and cleanliness protocols, including rules about pets, phone use, etc.
• Keeping track of cleaning supplies and reporting shortages.
