Job summary

Molly Maid in Naples, FL is hiring a reliable house cleaner to join our team. You’ll follow our proven process to clean customers’ homes and ensure every visit delights the client. You’ll work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with paid time off and opportunities for advancement.

You’ll receive all cleaning supplies and a company car in some cases, plus tips, bonuses and incentives based on performance. Training is provided and advancement is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, reach overhead and perform housekeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards and follow our process to delight each customer.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• If leading a team, manage the schedule and safety while driving the company vehicle.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure supplies are stocked.
