Job summary

Molly Maid in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Home Service Professional to provide quality cleaning for our customers. Teams of two clean 3-4 homes per day; hours are 35-40 per week with weekends free, and shifts start at 8:00 a.m. with return to the shop by 3:30–5:30 p.m.

You’ll earn typically $13–$19/hour, paid every Friday, with opportunities to advance toward team leadership. We value self-motivation, dependability and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Legal to work in the U.S. and able to work Monday–Friday 8:00–5:00.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional residential cleaning services including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, wipe downs and final touches.
• Communicate with customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner.

Future Opening: Professional House Cleaner

As a Home Service Professional, you are a key member of the team providing quality cleaning for our customers. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Teams of two clean 3-4 homes per day. We have family-friendly hours averaging 35-40 hours a week. Our teams work Monday-Friday with WEEKENDS FREE! Each morning you would arrive at the office at 8:00 a.m. and arrive back at the shop between 3:30-5:30 each business day.

Teams typically average between $13-$19/hr paid every Friday. Our goal at Molly Maid is to have each partner work their way up and become a team leader.

We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, dependable and have a great attitude. This is hard work, but can be very rewarding for people who have pride in a job well done, like to help people, and like to stay moving.
