Job summary

Two Maids & A Mop in Virginia Beach is seeking dependable house cleaners. We offer no nights, no weekends, no holidays, flexible shifts 7:30am–5:00pm, mileage reimbursement and weekly bonus opportunities. Earn $15–$22 per hour plus tips, with health, dental and vision insurance provided.

• Clean homes across assigned areas using provided supplies and equipment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support the Pay for Performance plan through consistent, quality work.
