Qualified candidates bring a 5+ year track record as a Carpenter/Craftsman, the ability to perform light electrical and plumbing, own tools, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Requirements

We are looking for handymen with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

• 5+ Year successful track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing
• Own standard set of tools
• Valid Driver's License & a Clean Driving Record
• Comfortable with a pre-employment drug and background screening
