Job summary

The Woodlands Country Club, Player Course in The Woodlands, TX, is seeking a Professional Golf Instructor/Coach to lead the lesson program and elevate the member experience. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality instruction, building relationships with members and guests, and driving participation in coaching programs and on-course play.

As part of the Coaching Team, you will work with the Director of Instruction to oversee all instructional programming, organize junior to adult

Qualifications

2 years of college or equivalent experience preferred.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Comfortable using technology in lessons.
Ability to work with golfers of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of the golf lesson programming with the Director of Instruction and Coaching Team.
Assist in organizing instructional programs for juniors, adults, and beginners to competitive golfers.
Engage with members and guests daily to create memorable experiences.
Maintain organized and clean lesson bays and stations.
Attend regular team meetings and educational events.
