Responsibilities

• Lead and manage charity events and fundraisers, ensuring smooth operation from beginning to end.
• Ensure that all event materials, signage, and equipment are well-organized and functional.
• Help organize promotional campaigns and build lasting relationships with sponsors, donors, and vendors.
• Provide direct, hands-on support during events, collaborating with staff to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
• Oversee the coordination of event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact on-site, addressing any issues and ensuring everything proceeds without disruption.

Qualifications
