What You'll Do

• Use engineering systems and drawings to provide project coordination and structural design services and models for customers.
• Provide well‑utilized designs of members and connections for detailing and manufacturing that meet customer requirements.
• Ensure building’s structural integrity and safety.
• Develop advanced product and procedural knowledge and continually improve technical expertise.
• Focus on achieving department objectives, profitability goals, and continuous improvement as part of a high‑performance work team.
• Ensure customer design service needs are met by meeting design schedules.
• Collaborate with project teams to discuss problems and challenges and help create cost‑effective and efficient solutions.
• Offer technical assistance to customers on specific projects and to new entry‑level designers.
• Develop structural quotes.

What We're Looking For

• Hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Have 6 years of engineering experience.
• Have 2 years of engineering experience on complex multi‑unit projects.
