Role Description

The Professional Driver role is a full-time, on-site position based in Midland, TX. In this role, the driver safely operates company trucks to transport equipment, materials, and supplies to and from oilfield locations in accordance with all federal, state, and company regulations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, securing loads, completing required logs and documentation, and adhering to safety protocols at all times. The driver coordinates with leadership, field crews, and customers to ensure timely deliveries, responds professionally to inquiries on-site, and supports basic equipment checks or assistance as needed. This position also requires flexibility in working hours to meet operational demands in a fast-paced oilfield environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated truck driving skills and experience operating commercial trucks safely and efficiently.
• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record and knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with leadership, field personnel, and site contacts.
• Customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and represent the company on job sites.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections, identify safety issues, and follow company safety procedures.
• Capacity to work in demanding outdoor environments, including lifting, climbing, and extended periods of driving.
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and willingness to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior oilfield or industrial driving experience is an advantage.
