Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional dog groomer with a minimum of 2 years of experience who consistently delivers exceptional, high-quality results. The ideal candidate works safely, efficiently, and independently while maintaining a full schedule within a 4-day work week.

This role is for serious professionals only—individuals who are passionate about grooming as a career and want to grow within a structured, supportive, and premium environment.

Compensation & Growth

$55,000–$65,000 annual base salary (based on skills, performance, and experience)

Performance-Based Bonus (High Earning Potential): Earn commission on revenue generated above your base salary threshold in addition to your base salary.

4-Day Work Week

1 Saturday off every month and all Sundays off

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of professional grooming experience (REQUIRED)

Applicants with certifications will be given priority consideration.

Proven ability to deliver high-end, consistent grooming results

Ability to groom 8-10 dogs per day safely and efficiently (with support from a bather)

Guaranteed base pay to ensure stable, reliable income
