Arkansas Children’s Hospital is seeking a Professional Development Coordinator within the Simulation Education Center. This role oversees daily workflow of the Nursing Professional Development Team, develops education programs, and collaborates with internal and external partners to meet organizational goals.
The position requires an RN license, BSN, and at least six years of related experience, with preferred familiarity with American Heart Association courses.

Additional Information: The Professional Development Coordinator coordinates the daily workflow of the Nursing Professional Development Team, while incorporating all aspects of the Nursing Professional Development Specialist role. Develops educational opportunities and programs based on participants' identified learning needs. Works collaboratively with the other members of the team, internal and external partners and stakeholders to create a learning environment and education programs that meet individual, department, and organizational goals and facilitate the adult learning process.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree, Bachelor's Degree Nursing, Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent or Nursing Diploma
