A leading archery equipment manufacturer in Kentucky is seeking motivated individuals to become Professional Bowstring Builders. This hands-on position involves measuring and constructing high-performance custom bowstrings. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic and an understanding of archery. The role offers competitive hourly pay, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive work environment, with some Saturday hours required during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in bowstring building or string materials is preferred, but we will train the right individual.
• Basic understanding of archery and bow anatomy is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and meet physical demands.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and meet light manufacturing demands.
• Punctuality, reliability, and a positive team attitude are required.

Are you ready to turn precision into performance?

GAS Bowstrings is looking for motivated, detail-driven individuals to join our industry-leading production team as Professional Bowstring Builders. This is a hands‑on role at the heart of what we do—crafting the world’s most unrivaled bowstrings for archers and hunters across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, lay up, and construct high‑performance custom bowstrings using our proprietary jigs and processes
• Apply end servings, center servings, and maintain consistent tension and spacing
• Utilize quality control checkpoints to ensure every string meets GAS performance standards
• Assist with stretching, labeling, packaging, and production floor needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Work collaboratively with our team to meet/mo daily production goals

Qualifications
