Epsilon is seeking a Senior Art Director with 6-10 years of experience in digital design or art direction. The role leads creative concepts from strategy through execution across websites, email, social, and mobile. Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered tools is required.

You will mentor juniors, present to clients, and collaborate with offshore teams on omni-channel campaigns. A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and production work is essential.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in digital design or art direction.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Experience leading omni-channel campaigns and digital experiences with strong UX/UI.
• Experience working with offshore teams.
• Strong portfolio with conceptual and production work.

Salary range: $67,800 to $126,000 annually.
