The Role

• Coach colleagues one-to-one on professional, financial, and technical writing.
• Diagnose what is limiting a piece of writing and give specific, actionable guidance, even when the subject matter is unfamiliar.
• Consult with teams on complex write-ups and proposals.
• Help writers develop repeatable approaches that meet demanding standards for accuracy, structure, and clarity.
• Support thoughtful use of AI writing tools where appropriate.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree and at least five years’ writing‑coaching or teaching experience, ideally with graduate learners or in a corporate environment.
• Exceptional writing, verbal communication, analytical judgment, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence coaching technical or specialist professionals and handling confidential material with discretion.
• Familiarity with AI writing tools is highly valued; knowledge of writing‑centre practice, rhetoric, composition, or pedagogy is useful.
