Primrose School of Schertz in Schertz, TX is hiring several enthusiastic teachers for full-time roles.

Our classrooms are staffed to state guidelines with two or three teachers per room to ensure continuity, planning time, and PTO coverage; overtime is available when a staff member covers a classroom.

Starting pay ranges from 27,500 to 32,000 annually, with benefits including health, vision, dental, and a 401(k) plan, plus training and advancement opportunities.

We are seeking several enthusiastic teachers at Primrose School of Schertz located at 4993 Schertz Pkwy, Schertz Tx 78154.

We are currently hiring full time staff!

Our Teacher to Student Ratio aligns with our National and State Accreditation Requirements. We assign two or three teachers per classroom to ensure continuity of care and consistency for your daily break, planning time, and when staff take PTO. Overtime is available for staff who stay to help cover a classroom when a teacher is out.

Infants: 2:8
Toddlers: 2:12
Two's: 2:16
Three's: 2:26
Four's: 2:26
School Age: 2:26

Benefits: (Full Time employees only)

• Starting pay is 27,500 - 32,000 based on experience and education (Lowest wage is $13.25/hour)

• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. For Infant and Young Toddler teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib.
