The Learning Experience - Mueller, TX is seeking a passionate Assistant Teacher to join our licensed childcare team. This full-time, hourly position supports children from 6 weeks to 6 years, helps implement our curriculum, and creates a safe, engaging learning environment.

You will collaborate with preschool teachers, communicate with families via apps and in person, maintain health and safety standards, and participate in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (ECE coursework preferred).
• Experience with young children is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow curriculum.

Responsibilities

Working Conditions

This is a full-time, hourly, entry-level position in a licensed childcare environment, providing care and support for children ages 6 weeks through 6 years.

As an Assistant Teacher, you will

• Partner with other preschool teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and have the unique opportunity to use our engaging characters to make TLE a fun place for children to learn, play, and grow.
