• Minimum professional painting experience (residential and/or commercial).
• Proficiency with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and paint products.
• Ability to work safely on ladders, scaffolding, and at heights.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting including cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer.
• Apply paint, stain, and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Interpret work orders and follow project specifications to ensure quality results.
• Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, masking tape, and coverings before beginning work.
• Mix, blend, and match paints and finishes to meet project requirements.
• Perform touch-ups, repairs, and finishing work to meet client expectations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness throughout each project.
