Job description

Gemini is looking for a Production Team Member to join the team at our location in Taylor, TX. This position is responsible for operating machines and shipping responsibilities. Come be a part of a positive, people-first culture that is focused on leveraging each team members ’ strengths to help bring our customers ’ unique signage products to life.

Wage Range: $18.90 to $24.77 per hour

Type: Full Time

Schedule: 2nd- 2:30pm-11:00pm

Overtime is scheduled as needed.

A day in the life of a Production Team Member at Gemini is:

• Utilizing hand/power tools and operating equipment to finish high quality product.
• Log orders in and process through programming software.
• Inspecting and assembling the finished product and shipping appropriately to the customer.
• Working conditions are clean, bright, and organized, requiring the use of proper PPE to protect hearing and vision as well as the ability to physically load and unload materials.
• Reporting to Plant Manager.
