Direct Source Meats is hiring a Trimmer for the Raw Plant in San Antonio, TX. This full-time role involves trimming and cutting various meat cuts using a hand knife or whizard knife in a cold, wet environment. Scheduling is Monday–Friday, 7:30 am until finished.

Starting pay is $15.75 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement. Applicants must pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical.

Direct Source Meats is now hiring for Trimmer at the Raw Plant.

Direct Source Meats offers high quality, specialty meat products to customers. Established in 2001, DSM's raw plant is a 30,000 square foot USDA facility that specializes in the further processing of beef, chicken and pork for both retail and food service markets. DSM also includes a state of the art, 60,000 square foot cook plant.

This position is responsible for trimming/cutting various cuts of meats using a hand knife or whizard Knife. Must be proficient in using hand knifes and okay with wet and cold conditions. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 7:30 am until finished. Starting pay: $15.75/hr.
