Job summary

Lignetics, INC. is hiring a Production Worker / Shavings Baler Operator in Shelton, WA. The role runs Monday through Thursday, 4 PM to 2:30 AM, with a pay rate of $19–$20 per hour. Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.

Responsibilities include operating packaging equipment, handling wood by-products, recording bale weights, and performing routine equipment maintenance. Forklift certification is preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing and production line experience preferred.
• Must possess good eye, hand and foot coordination.
• Will need to concentrate for extended periods of time and multi-task.
• Will be lifting 50 lbs. and standing for a minimum of 7 hours per day.
• Requires mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Requires the ability to do simple math calculations.

• Open compression chamber doors, facilitates placement of bags and removal of bales from packaging equipment.

• Requires ability to learn and perform standard setups, adjustments, routine maintenance and operating characteristics of all packaging equipment.
