Company wide training occurs every day at Ritchey Metals and our employees drive the program. We have defined training career paths with opportunities for promotions and raises while only working 7 days in a 2-week span. All orientation is conducted at our HR location in Canonsburg, PA. Training will begin on your next scheduled shift.

Shifts Available

• 7A-7P Sunday-Tuesday every other Wednesday
• 7A-7P Thursday-Saturday every other Wednesday
• 7P-7A Sunday-Tuesday every other Wednesday
• 7P-7A Thursday-Saturday every other Wednesday

This position will work a rotating swing shift (12 hours per day, four days in a row, then three days off one week: 12 hours per day, three days in a row, then four days off the next week). This means a significant amount of time off per year equaling 180 days off a year.

All orientation is conducted at our HR location in Canonsburg, PA. Training will begin on your next scheduled shift.

Pay Shift Differentials

• Sunday-Thursday night shift: +$1.50 added to base rate
• Saturday-Sunday 7am day shift: +$1.00 added to base rate
• Friday-Saturday night shift: +$3.00 added to base rate
