Job summary

Silgan Containers in Wisconsin's Town of Plover is seeking reliable teammates for on-site janitorial duties across the plant, office areas, restrooms and cafeteria.

No experience is necessary and training is provided. Starting pay is $21.70/hour plus overtime, with 12-hour shifts (6 to 6) on rotating days, nights and weekends. Qualifications

• The ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• The ability to occasionally lift, push or pull 50 pounds, and stand on concrete floors for extended periods.

• Perform janitorial duties at the can line, end line, office areas, restrooms, and cafeteria to maintain an orderly plant.
• Assist in plant maintenance as directed.
• Relieve breaks for other positions (e.g., Palletizer Operator and End Line Equipment Operator).
