Qualifications

• 1 year general labor experience in a similar setting (roll formers, punch presses, brake presses preferred).

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Regular attendance, timeliness, and scheduling flexibility.
• Feed production lines by picking up product and placing onto a conveyor.
• Perform daily safety checks on the machine assigned to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Notify the Line Supervisor of any safety, quality, or maintenance problems.
• Move completed product onto a rack and perform visual inspection for defects before placing onto a pallet.
• Ensure the right amount of product goes onto a pallet.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Essential Physical Requirements/Work Environment

The employee should possess the ability to:

• Be exposed to sounds or noise levels that may be uncomfortable
• Withstand exposure to temperature extremes inside or out
• Prolong standing or in stationary position
• Complete repetitive movements
• Bend and/or twist
• Lift/move/transport items up to 50 pounds
• Ability to move or traverse about the facilities
• Ability to work around dust, chemicals, and other substances, and in various environmental conditions
• Wear all required personal protective equipment (hearing, vision, and hardhat protection)
