Job summary

Calcium Products is seeking a production associate to carry out basic production duties under the plant manager or shift lead, ensuring safe and efficient operation. Responsibilities include operating machinery, inspecting equipment, preparing products for loading, and assisting with deliveries as needed.

The role requires standing for long periods with the ability to operate light and heavy machinery; past production experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years working in production environment (preferred).
• Day shift hours are 5am–5pm; night shift 5pm–5am.
• Must be able to stand for a majority of the shift.
• Capacity to operate light and heavy machinery.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete all production tasks.
• Operate machinery including loaders and forklifts.
• Inspect and maintain machinery such as screens, mills and load outs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
• Fulfilling all delivery orders in a safe and timely manner.
• Offering customer service whenever required.

Position Summary & Purpose

Perform all basic production requirements as directed by plant manager or shift lead for carrying out a safe and efficient operation.

The numerous duties involved include, at a minimum, the following: Operating machinery, inspection and maintenance on all machinery, preparing product for loading and delivering; cleaning and performing basic maintenance on all equipment and tools.
