Champion Home Builders in Strattanville, PA is hiring a Production Worker to join our team on the production line, building manufactured housing under general supervision. You will perform quality work in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent (or 6-12 months related experience), can read a tape measure, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. Reliability, teamwork and safety are essential.

Summary

Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast-moving and consistent manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent OR at least six months of related experience/training
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired but not required.

Work Schedule

The typical schedule for this position is 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

Schedule may vary depending on production needs and overtime, though kept to a minimum, occasional scheduling changes may be required.

Education And/or Experience

One-year certificate from college or technical school; or 6-12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
