Job summary

Mann Lake, Ltd. in Hackensack, MN, is hiring seasonal Production Workers for feed manufacturing. The role offers a Monday through Thursday schedule from 6:00am to 4:30pm, with training provided and potential for full-time year-round roles for strong performers.

You will manufacture goods to quality specs, track production and inventory, keep equipment running smoothly, and follow safety and FDA requirements. Prior mill or warehouse experience is a plus; teamwork and reliability are essential.

Salary Range: $19.00 To $19.00 Hourly

Pay rate $19 hour

This position is Monday through Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm

Mann Lake is hiring seasonal Production Workers. This is a great chance to get your foot in the door. Strong performers may be considered for a full-time, year-round position.

No experience? No problem. We will train you! Manufacturing experience is preferred, but we’ll teach you everything you need to know to succeed.

Weekdays: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm.

Your Skills & Experience:

You're right for this job if you:

• Have an excellent mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Are flexible and able to adapt quickly to change.
• Are a resourceful self-starter who works well with minimal supervision.
• Are a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience as a Mill or Machine Operator in feed line manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or production setting is a plus.
